My wife and I are really impressed, not only at the super caning repair on our antique rocking chair but also in regards to the speed at which you completed everything.
I promise to oil the wicker twice a year and probably at time-change intervals. Only problem is that, under those circumstances, it might outlast us in longevity, meaning less business for you, so will be certain to pass your name to our daughter for future uses thereof.
Once again, many thanx!

I received my bulk package of shipping boxes from Staples yesterday; probably a little delayed due to the holiday season. I will package them up for George this weekend and take some photos for the chair shipping page. George was very thankful for the quick turn around time on the chair over the holiday season.

Well I finished caning George's chair yesterday and picked up the shipping material at my local Staples. The materials included a shipping box large then the chair seat so there will be enough room for proper stuffing material, shipping tape and bubble wrap. I still need to bind the chair which I will do while drinking a nice glass of red wine. Once complete I will photograph the packaging steps. Have a great weekend everyone.

I just received a hand caned chair seat from George in Winnipeg which I have enjoyed working on today. George had his friend drop it the chair seat off while visiting Calgary. Once the chair is complete I will ship it back to George by Canada Post. When I package the chair seat for return I will take some detailed photos so you can see how to package your chair seats/backs for shipping to Caning Calgary.
